Running events will be seeded by time (fast to slow).

This meet will use Fully Automatic Timing (FAT).

Any four athletes (any age or gender) registering and paying for at least one individual event receive a free entry into either the 4 x 200m relay or the 4 x 400 relay. Safety Protocols

For the safety of all participants, the following guidelines have been set up and must be followed:

  • All participants must wear a face covering at all times while on site.  For athletes, this includes the time in which you are competing.

  • Athletes are allowed to have one spectator accompany them to the meet.  There will be a $5 spectator fee to enter the facility.

  • Coaches must check-in at the registration table upon arrival.  Coaching boxes will  be available at each of the field events.  Coaches should remain outside the track and infield unless inside one of the boxes.

  • All athletes, coaches and staff must complete an MSTCA COVID-19 questionnaire upon entering the facility.

  • Athletes will not be able to enter the site until approximately 45 minutes prior to their event.  The MSTCA will email all participants on Friday, April 9th with an expected timeframe for the meet.  The MSTCA will also post on social media when athletes from each event may approach the registration table.

  • After receiving their hip numbers, athletes will be directed to a pod in the nearby baseball field.  Athletes must stay with the other members of their pod while on the field AND when the pod moves to the infield as the start time nears.

  • There will be no water supplied by the MSTCA at the finish line.  Athletes must bring their own water.

  • Upon finishing their event, athletes must return to the designated pod in the baseball field where their belongings were stored.

  • In order to maintain a safe number of people on site, all athletes must vacate the West Bridgewater facility within 30 minutes after the conclusion of their event.

  • Athletes in multiple events that are far apart in the time schedule, may have to exit and re-enter the facility.

  • A trainer will be onsite throughout the meet.  Ice will be available.
